Hello, and thank you for stopping by! I'd like to introduce you to an exciting way to help you alleviate the stressors of everyday life, so that you can begin to live the life you're meant to live. As a guide and mentor, I support women in making sustainable lifestyle choices. What do I mean by sustainable? Here I define sustainable as a way of living that will become you; creating lasting routines that support your busy, complicated life. My program focuses on the whole you, not just one or two externally-oriented goals. I do not prescribe one diet, one exercise routine, or any single way of living. What I do is guide women in developing a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for their bodies. Some common areas where I assist include: weight management; food cravings; sleep patterns; energy cultivation; digestive excellence; stress reduction; and time management.

After graduating from George Mason University with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Decision Science, I worked as a web developer. I took some years off to raise my children, after which I decided it was time to shift my focus. I had to decide whether to return to web programming, or follow my passion for nutrition. I chose nutrition, because since I was a teen I've been fascinated with the ways that food can either support or diminish one's health. Throughout my life, I have experienced the power of nutrition, and I now feel a calling to support other women.
I attended Integrated Institute for Nutrition, and in 2015 I received my Health Coach certificate.
